Digital Project Manager
place4BRICS is a London based network of entrepreneurs and investors (Venture Capital and Private Equity) that are from, involved or interested in opportunities in BRICS countries. This is an exciting opportunity for a likeminded project manager to assist in defining and executing the online community strategy and rolling it out globally.
As Digital Project Manager your roles will be to:
+ To act as the main point of contact within the organisation, providing expert advice and support for the duration of the project
+ Support to internal and external stakeholders to define and implement the digital aspects of their service strategies, ensuring that online and offline services are aligned
+ Working with developers to define project requirements and schedule work
+ Liaising with and managing external suppliers and agencies
Ensuring that all developments are on brand, accessible and suitable for our key audiences
+ To feedback to the internal and external stakeholders and update relevant parties on ongoing development
+ To liaise with relevant members of the community and digital teams on scoping and defining project requirements in order to establish objectives and outcomes as well as any testing implications
+ To work with external parties and internal teams to document the current and future website build and implement workflow and versioning so that ongoing web development can be tracked effectively
+ Create and maintain risks/issues and change control logs. Resolve and/or escalate issues reducing risks to project delivery. To ensure that the project is carried out to agreed budgets and schedules. To manage any mitigating issues and negotiate costs with external agencies as necessary and manage expectations across the organisation
